These are the what you want if you are doing the four hole upgrade injectors. If not you can replace them with the one hole stock injectors. Those can be found on most auto parts sites. I switched injectors to stock and have 8 set of these injectors and no matter which injector I use, the #2 cylinder isnt getting fuel. The engine studders and has terrible rough idle at like 550rpm. If a ford injector is spec flow of 19# @ 39psi then that same injector will flow up to 23.87# @ 49psi in our 99-01 XJs. Anything more is overkill and will probably decrease your mileage a little.

You can get into thousands of dollars with this swap according to what needs to be done to the new motor and how much you can yourself. 4.0L Jeep engine is a good swap.
