I think it's fortunate that sunburst chipped in the darkest, most solid area of the finish, and it's on the back where I am not too fussed about it matching competely. I presume the color of the blue Deluxe will be easier to match though it is the worse of the two (and maybe a bit dented).

We fixed it by dying the exposed wood with a marker pen then filling the (poly)finish with drops of superglue then sanding back and buffing.
