If I was doing it I would use the tach output of the Sniper because it can tend to be cleaner under the hood with fewer wires connected to the coil, and if you ever install a CDI box you don't need to change anything with the tach wiring. The best thig to do is run a new set of Autometers or one of there new tach's with the OP and water temp built right in. This is what were changing to.
