WebYou can try to force it in Chrome by going to: chrome://flags Search for "Override software rendering list" ( in the past I think it was "hardware-accelerated video decode"). Perhaps it's the same flag as you saw in the Settings. Play a YouTube video and check the decoder in the Developer Tools. But I never tried it in VMware.
